who the heck is

ZAZA (acronym of Zimbabwe and Angola), where the founders are from)is a platform, movement, and community whose values lie within authenticity and creativity. We are a platform that aims to give a voice to Scotland-based creatives coming from underrepresented, marginalized communities in a way that isn’t typically seen.

Our main aim is to showcase and highlight the talent and beauty hiding within the youth of Scotland, which is often overlooked in mainstream media and society. Putting people on to creatives who could very well be their neighbour, and sharing straight heat that we’re enjoying!

ZAZA is an opportunity not just for ourselves, but for other creatives in Scotland to learn, grow, and network with like-minded individuals - allowing us all to look through each others' lenses and open up our minds a little bit more.

Although our focus lies within the arts, we continue to be open and honest about current social issues. We will work towards raising awareness on these topics, as well as providing follow-up ways on how to help, encouraging our audience to do the same.
